Welcome to Book My Packers, one of the moving experts in India with pan India branches, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth in this notice.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Book My Packers & its Users to shift their houses within locally or between cities.

Users Eligibility

Users who are accessing Book My Packers confirms that their legal age i.e. 18 years to form a legally binding contract with Book My Packers and are not a person barred, from availing the services offered by Book My Packers under the applicable Indian laws.

Changes and Other Terms

Book My Packers has the right to make changes and modifications to any information incorporated in this site, or our other sites without giving any prior notice. We also reserve the right to alter any of the Terms of Use without prior notice.

Law & Jurisdiction

Every User must accept that any claims against Book My Packers, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hyderabad Courts at Telangana and the Indian laws shall apply therein. However, we have the right to take legal proceedings in other cities other than Hyderabad and also other than India, to protect our business interests.

Cancelation policy

If you wish to cancel your boking with us then do so within 24 house of the time planned for shipping. The cancelation cannot be done once we are at your place and are ready for your consignment to be shipped.

Refund policy

We have a very clear refund policy in place. We have separate refund policies depending on the time when you have cancelled the booking. There are separate charges as per when you cancel the booking. Remember that the earlier you cancel the higher is the amount that you get back as refund. This is because towards the end we must have already set up things in place and cancelling this would incur us extra costs.
We charge you a fixed amount of cancellation and on top of that there is some extra cancellation amount depending on the services that you have opted for. The cancellation amount is dependent on the amount that we have quoted to our clients. So while everyone pays the fixed cancelation amount, the variable cancelation amount could differ on a case by case basis.

Like if someone has to just move a 1BHK home then he will be paying lesser as compared to someone who wishes to move a 3bhk home. We need to factor in the labour cost, the packing material that we have kept ready and the vehicle that we had booked for the transit. All these are considered before we come up with the final amount.

 

USING BOOK MY PACKERS SERVICES

You are agreeing to the following terms and conditions by using Book My Packers

• Book My Packers or it’s representatives will call you anytime between general working hours between 8AM -6PM and discuss about your shifting needs and feedback related to shifting.
• Book My Packers or it’s partners will fulfill your shifting needs in any city
• You should keep your valuables like gold and cash must keep with you while shifting your house
• You must take insurance while shifting your house. Any damages or thefts caused to your items will be covered in insurance in such cases
• If the shifting is done by our partners, any damage caused to your items will be compensated by that respective partner only. Book My Packers don’t be liable to pay such damages.
